No Franchise Fee

Most franchise companies charge their brokers 6-8% per transaction just for the franchise fee alone! This is right off the top, of all of YOUR hard earned commissions. Oregon Realty Company does not charge a franchise fee! Let’s do the math, if you earn $75 - $100,000 in commissions a year you will pay between $4,500 - $8,000 per year in franchise fees. No Year End Penalty & No Roll Over

Some companies will decrease your side of your commission split (for example: from 70/30 to 60/40 or even to 50/50) if you do not reach an annual minimum dollar amount. At some companies if you have not fully paid the amount owing for the year, the balance still owing gets added to next years fee and then you are playing catch up.
